It may be tiredness talking but, while the interdisciplinary model, seems ideal for real learning if "getting out of the silos" involves respect and openness [as identified in the video] I think we have a way to go on respecting our colleagues as professionals and in being open to the value of all learning experiences.In practise where do the meetings 2 or 3 times a week come from?
